Well tonight I made a wee Tipsy Laird and thought I'd pop on quickly to show you how it's put together :) Very similar to a trifle....but doesn't have the same structure and a far messier pudding! Perfect mid week after dinner pud. I've listed everything I used down below. This recipe will serve four people generously :) <br />Thanks for stopping by, and until I see you next...take care x <br />____________________________________________________________________________<br /><br />I Used:<br /><br />A couple of handfuls of flaked, toasted almonds<br />350g Raspberry jelly with raspberries<br />500g Devon custard (I used Ambrosia)<br />500ml Double cream<br />400g Madeira cake (cubed)<br />150g Fresh raspberries (120 for your trifle, and the other 30g for in your jelly)<br />3 Tablespoons icing sugar<br />3 Tablespoons Scotch Whisky<br />1/2 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste<br /><br />________________________________________________
